When the Blue Jackets finally start winning...

...make sure you thank these people for coming out on a cold day to the Columbus Blue Jackets fan protest as they made their voices heard loud and clear.

All-Stars, all.

The event organizers

Who said a protest couldn't involve a little humor?

I conservatively estimated 250 at the rally.

  1. Definitely appreciate all the protesters did for the fans. I did not go, because I haven't spent a dime on them this year, and wanted to keep it that way. But from what it sounds like, it was pretty well organized, well-run, and made a solid impact, without being forceful or bitter. Much thanks to everyone that was there!

  2. I know it isn't what you meant, but this does sound a little like "The team sucks? Blame management and get people fired! The team is good? Good job, fans!"

That said, I disagree with the protest's premise but not at all with their decision to do it or how they executed it. But that's why I didn't attend and haven't really complained about it.
